Free Automated Backup Software

EZBack-it-up recommended by the Sunday Times, it comes with a built in scheduler, great if you just want to copy from one place to another, for example an external USB hard drive. Alternatively mozy.com offer 2GB of automatic backup for free.

I've used EZBack it up, and apart from the slightly clunky wonky user interface (you must save your backup project before you can set the destination, and it backs up in the form of projectname/driveletter/folder/etc), it seems to do a fairly good job only copying the files that are new or have changed.
