SCO filed IBM case 'on a hunch' "SCO told the judge that it was "literally impossible" to prove the infringement unless they could see IBM's code first." ha ha. there was somewhere else that said that the judge said that SCO had to release there code first for this to go anywhere (which was something that SCO didn't want to do).
