BBC NEWS | Technology | Apple investigates iPod batteries - let me see. I replaced my old mobile phone battery (that was at least 3 years old) for 12 pound the other month. Apple should have known how to design a product with an easily removable battery (IMHO).
and also: another microsoft severe security vulnerability, that doesn't affect windows 98 or windows nt 4 (if you've not had any patches applied). see the bbc news front page for that.
