Apple MacBook Pro Bad

Apple put too much thermal paste on, and now want to sue websites who provide evidence - whats worrying are the official instructions actually state to use a whole tube of thermal paste per cpu! Apple have faulty batteries as well. So there. ;)

one of the comments explains it..
In this case the thermal grease was preventing heat from transferring into the heatpipes. Why is that important? Because that's where the sensor is that runs the fan. No heat in heatpipe = no raised temp to the sensor = no fan on = overheated system.
