1.4GHz VIA "C3" mentioned at epiacenter.com - it's almost like watching (and waiting for) Apple a year or 2 ago when they were speeding up the G4 to 1.42ghz. The VIA "C3" runs at 1.4volts and would probably be able to be passively cooled. (and probably perform like a P3-800 to 900 or something like that)
