"Apple Computer, Dell, Gateway, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Sharp, Sony and Toshiba" sued over hard-drive (under) capacity. "Hard drive capacities are described in adverts in decimal notation, but the computer reads and writes data to the drives in a binary system." Hey Josh didn't you compain abou this a while ago. Sounds like a money making venture for lawyers. Why not sue the right people to start with, the hard drive manufatures? Seagate Maxtor Western Digital Samsung :)
