ExcelStor Technology on the warranty page say "Warranty is typically voided on defective drives under the following conditions:" one of them being "8. Normal wear and tear" HUH!?! Am I interpreting this the wrong way, or are they saying: By using your hard drive, under normal use, you are voiding your warranty? If it goes faulty, under normal use, then your warranty is voided?
