geek.com report that research indicates that internet users using search engines aren't very clever, as only 38% are able to figure out what is paid results/advertising and what isn't. There are some interesting comments that attempt to sum things up nicely, here's one: 'Alot of americans are freaking idiots.', and another 'I never ate a MacDonalds in my life.'
