1. Quit smoking (300 people die a day due to smoking, 2 due to passive smoking).
2. Moisturise more - specifically the face area.
3. (Specifically for Liverpool) Cut down on the amount you use tanning machines / fake tan. Use tanning machines in winter if you don't use them. (the sun is a good source of vitamin D, and happiness)
