Nelsoncolne kummune i.t. (commmunity) is a community of people who like talking about technology, hardware, the cult of apple, current affairs, the internet, tv, robots, digital cameras, etc. It started with some people who used to live in nelsoncolne nelson colne, lancashire.
Competition has got to be a good thing here I suspect. The iPhone's bound to be too expensive. I mean, nobody actually buys iPods anymore do they? When you can get a cheap one from another brand that's just as good. Oh, hold on, they do, though, don't they? Oh, well, I'm baffled...
I don't mind paying over the odds for an iPhone when it does what I want. No 3G, no HSDPA, no GPS.
It's a phone from 2001 with a flashy interface which, including the contract, costs nearly a grand. No thanks. Right now my iPod and HTC TyTn II is a better combo. When they converge a 200GB iPod with a state of the art phone I will be there.
I've had a couple of ipods, and a couple of other mp3 players, but I still want an ipod, and reckon my next mp3 is probably gonna be an ipod. the user interface is just so easy to use, whereas other mp3 players have been stupid and clunky in comparison.

Android looks okay, but I suspect the iPhone's interface is a little bit sexier.
