http://del.icio.us/ - uses tags. keeps your links for you (if you have an account). looks a bit badly designed.
and have you noticed the "bookmark this on del.icio.us" (eg) / "Submit to Digg" / "Technorati Tags" (eg) on blogs?

digg.com seems like the best community news based system out of all of them, easily searchable news, best articles seem to end up on the front page, regularly updated rss feed, plus it seems the easiest to access without having an account there. (although an account does help you become part of the community) Josh
